Bounced emails don't consume credits. We verify all investor emails before sending and only charge for successfully delivered emails. If an investor has changed firms or emails, we'll find their new contact.
Can I customize the email templates?
Business plan users can create custom templates. Pro and Trial users can provide guidelines in the campaign form, and our AI will incorporate your tone and style preferences.
How fast are emails sent?
We send emails over 24-48 hours to ensure optimal deliverability. Sending too fast triggers spam filters. Our smart scheduling also sends at times when investors are most likely to read (weekday mornings).
Is there a refund policy?
