We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all credit purchases, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Try InvestorReach risk-free. If you're not satisfied within 7 days and haven't used your credits, we'll refund you in full—no questions asked.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 You ARE Eligible for a Full Refund If:
- ✅ You request a refund within 7 days of purchase
- ✅ You have used less than 10% of your purchased credits
- ✅ There is a technical issue preventing you from using the Service
- ✅ We are unable to deliver the Service as described
2.2 You ARE Eligible for a Partial Refund If:
- ✅ You request within 7 days but have used 10-50% of credits
- ✅ Refund amount = Purchase price - (Credits used × Price per credit)
2.3 You Are NOT Eligible for a Refund If:
- ❌ More than 7 days have passed since purchase
- ❌ You have used more than 50% of your purchased credits
- ❌ Your account was suspended due to Terms of Service violations
- ❌ You used the Service to send emails against our Acceptable Use Policy
- ❌ You're requesting a refund due to investor non-response (outcome not guaranteed)
3. What Counts as "Used Credits"?
Credits are considered "used" when:
- An email is successfully sent to an investor
- An email is delivered (even if not opened)
Credits are NOT counted as "used" when:
- Email bounces (hard bounce)
- Email fails to send due to technical error
- Campaign is in "draft" status
- Campaign is created but not started
4. Refund Scenarios
Scenario 1: Purchased But Changed Mind
Example: You bought the Pro plan (₹1,999, 100 credits) but decided not to use it.
Result: ✅ Full refund if requested within 7 days and 0 credits used.
Scenario 2: Tested the Service
Example: You bought Pro plan (100 credits) and sent 5 test emails to try the Service.
Result: ✅ Partial refund: ₹1,999 - (5 × ₹20) = ₹1,899 refunded.
Scenario 3: Technical Issue
Example: You purchased credits but our platform had a bug preventing email sending.
Result: ✅ Full refund OR additional free credits as compensation (your choice).
Scenario 4: No Investor Response
Example: You sent 100 emails but received no replies from investors.
Result: ❌ Not eligible. We cannot guarantee investor responses. However, we can review your campaign for free and suggest improvements.
Scenario 5: After 7 Days
Example: You purchased 15 days ago and now want a refund.
Result: ❌ Not eligible (beyond 7-day window). However, unused credits never expire and can be used anytime.
5. How to Request a Refund
Step 1: Submit Refund Request
Email us at support@investorreach.ai with:
- Subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Email]"
- Your registered email address
- Razorpay payment ID (found in payment confirmation email)
- Reason for refund request
- Date of purchase
Step 2: We Review Your Request
Our team will:
- Verify your purchase details
- Check credit usage (via dashboard)
- Confirm eligibility based on our policy
- Respond within 2 business days
Step 3: Refund Processing
If approved:
- Refund initiated within 2 business days
- Funds credited to original payment method
- Processing time: 5-7 business days (depends on bank)
- You'll receive email confirmation
Step 4: Account Closure (Optional)
After refund:
- Your remaining credits will be deactivated
- Your account remains active (unless you request deletion)
- You can repurchase credits anytime
6. Special Circumstances
6.1 Service Downtime
If our Service experiences significant downtime (>24 hours):
- We will extend your credit validity (if applicable)
- Or provide additional free credits as compensation
- No refund needed - we'll make it right
6.2 Email Deliverability Issues
If your emails consistently land in spam due to our technical issues:
- We'll work with you to fix the problem
- Provide free credits for re-sending
- Full refund if issue cannot be resolved within 7 days
6.3 Account Suspension
If your account is suspended for Terms of Service violations:
- No refund for unused credits
- However, if suspension was in error, full refund applies
6.4 Duplicate Charges
If you were charged twice for the same purchase:
- Full refund of duplicate charge (no questions asked)
- Processed within 1 business day
7. What Happens After a Refund?
7.1 Credit Deactivation
- All unused credits will be removed from your account
- You cannot send any more emails using refunded credits
7.2 Campaign Data
- Your campaign data is retained for 30 days
- You can export your data before it's deleted
7.3 Account Status
- Account remains active (downgraded to Free plan)
- You can still login and view past campaigns
- You can repurchase credits anytime
8. Non-Refundable Items
The following are NOT refundable:
- ❌ Credits used for emails that were successfully sent
- ❌ Custom email templates (if you opted for Business plan custom services)
- ❌ Dedicated account manager time (Business plan)
- ❌ Third-party service fees (Razorpay payment gateway charges)
9. Refund Processing Timeline
Expected Timeline:
- Day 0: You submit refund request
- Day 1-2: We review and approve/reject
- Day 3-4: Refund initiated via Razorpay
- Day 5-10: Funds appear in your bank account
Note: Bank processing times vary. If funds don't appear within 10 business days, contact your bank with the refund reference ID we provide.
10. Alternatives to Refunds
Before requesting a refund, consider these options:

Not getting results? We'll:
- Review your pitch and targeting for free
- Suggest improvements to email content
- Help optimize your campaign strategy
10.2 Credit Freeze
Need a break?
- Your credits never expire
- Use them whenever you're ready
- No need to rush or lose money
10.3 Plan Downgrade
Bought too many credits?
- Contact us to discuss a partial credit transfer
- We may be able to adjust your plan
11. Refund Exceptions
We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of:
- Repeated refund requests (possible abuse)
- Fraudulent payment or chargeback history
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Misuse of the Service (spam, illegal activities)
However, we'll always communicate the reason and offer to resolve any legitimate issues.
12. Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback.
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first:
- Your account will be immediately suspended
- We will provide transaction proof to your bank
- You may be charged a chargeback fee
- Future purchases may be blocked
